		<description>I work for a Sand &amp; Gravel operation. Been wearing the steel toed boots for years. Safety is a huge factor with the company, but now they are requiring the employees to purchase the boots with the proof showing the safety logo &quot;Ansi Standard&quot; as well as safety glasses, and hard hats.

The boots are good quality and I would like to keep on wearing the brand. 

Is there any way possible to get the boots &quot;Ansi Standard&quot; certified.
